Returns
We don't offer returns and exchanges, but if there's something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at sales@tiedyecamo.com


Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at sales@tiedyecamo.com within 7 days of receiving the product with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We will get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@tiedyecamo.com.


Exchanges
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you're unsure which size would fit better, check out or sizing charts–we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

Though rare, it is possible that as item you ordered was mislabeled. If that is the case, please let us know at sales@tiedyecamo.com within 7 days after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we'll send you new one, or issue a refund.
